A YouTube Premier Event, VOIP Awards is an annual event hosted by Rich Technology Group to recognize the excellence of the VOIP industry. The awards for this event are divided into two categories namely “The Best in Class” awards and the “VOIP Service Provider of the Year” award.

Organized on a virtual platform, VOIP awards is an annual event hosted by Rich Technology Group to recognize the excellence of the VOIP industry. The awards for this event are divided into two categories namely “The Best in Class” awards and the “VOIP Service Provider of the Year” award.
 
Certain categories that can be won under “The Best in Class” awards are Best Customer Service, Service Provider with the Best Value, Best IP Phone, Best VOIP Headset, and more. Apart from these specific category awards, the final award is given to a VOIP provider of the year who has deemed excellence in all the sectors within the business.
