Who is Nextiva, and what do they offer?
Antony: Nextiva talks about partners and customers. We are a fifteen-year-old startup "focused on collaboration" which covers the stack of voice, data, contact centers, and AI. We are helping our customers with products that will help them improve their overall business and bring them good results. By utilizing our tools to grow the organization.
What is Nextiva’s ultimate goal in using the $200M investment from Goldman Sachs?
Antony: The Goldman Sachs brand says a lot about the Nextiva brand with financial stability. As an organization, it is important for partners when they are looking at building a base for long-term concerns. Taking the 200 million, bootstraps the organization, as we have zero debt as a company. So all the systems, back office, and processes were really what we built. It has accelerated the organization into a billion-dollar company.

We needed to set up our infrastructure, which was the most important thing. Also, we needed to set up our product and expand globally as an organization in order to have a larger footprint. Furthermore, we needed to invest in our people, which is our most important investment as an organization.
Now we are starting to see some of the changes that are coming along. One is Moonshot which you'll start to hear a lot about. To be able to do everything from quoting to installation - to MACD changes - to managing their base empowers the partners to control the overall experience for our customers.
What is Nextiva’s progress on remote workforce empowerment?
We have invested in our app and feel like it is the anchor of our real intelligence. Bringing that app to the end user so, they can work remotely and have a cloud infrastructure by enabling customers to work on-premises. Take that same phone home to work but also take all those platforms that they work on and integrate them within our system. Hence, it gives that customer a single glass pane that they are accessing their entire infrastructure.

How do Nextiva IP Phones have the edge over Competitors?
Anthony: It does not give us an edge, but it builds brand awareness. You see the Nextiva name on the set and have a trusted advisor in this brand. So, it is more branding for us. If you go across the entire offer from Snow to Poly, you know they are all great devices that continue to improve. They are all scrapping for that market share. So for us, it is good because there's a fight to bring a better product to the end users. Having that competition brings the best service to our partners and customers where they have an option.
What is your advice for viewers looking for a new phone system?
