What is Headset Advisor?

Headset Advisor provides headsets for businesses across the United States. It can act as the Best Buy for headsets. We provide a variety of headsets, and we come up with solutions for customers on the business side according to their unique situations.

​What Motivated Headset Advisor to join YouTube?

Headset Advisor started on YouTube seven years ago, and the videos were grainy. It was not very good, but we got sales from the videos. For different reasons, it did not click for us at the time, considering YouTube was not a marketing platform back then.

​Around a year before, we realized that our company lacked marketing, so we started providing valuable information about headsets to the general audience. We gave YouTube about six months, and we were cranking out videos after videos to put our knowledge, and there was traction.

What sets Discover apart from other Headset Brands?

When you are in the industry, you can see gaps in products and services and that the other brands are not serving those needs to a certain point. That is where we came up with the Discover headset brand and created certain products for specific customer needs. Discover is an alternative to other brands, so it could be a cost-saving or feature factor that differentiates it.

​Headset Advisor responds that there is no best. It depends upon the customer's unique situation like noise cancellation, quality, audio features, etc. There are questions like does the customer prefer an on-ear convertible, are there many users nearby, or is there any density issue?

Different brands are better at serving certain situations, so there's no one best. There is a best one for a specific problem, and we are now trying Logitech wireless earbuds. It is the only wireless earbuds for businesses certified for Microsoft Teams Zoom and Google. I am a massive fan of Poly, Yealink, and a few other brands, so I think there is no specific brand or product that is the best.
