Polycom has released its latest high-end IP phone named Poly CCX 600 that is ranked among the top in the modern line of IP Phones because of its diverse features, ease of use, and sleek design.

Poly CCX 600 offers a full touchscreen display without any physical buttons and a great quality speakerphone, it is ideal if you want to fit your business communication to the latest trends. From the outlook, it is similar to a tablet because, it has a rectangle-shaped LED screen with a left and bottom button pane. Also, it offers good quality audio so, it is quite suitable for hands-free speakerphones as well.

• Poly CCX 600 IP Phone supports Bluetooth and Wi-Fi without the need for any third-party dongles or adaptors.
• This is the only model in the series that has this native functionality similar to Yealink’s T50 and T60 series so is a big step up for Polycom.
• It has got an absolutely stunning look as the entire phone space is confined to the big screen, speakerphone, and handset.
• To adjust the height to a suitable eye level, it has also got the unique jointed bracket which is the first in any phone.
• The bracket is jointed and it has a hinge that can be changed to variable levels to set it according to preference. 

Having an aspect ratio of 16-by-9, Poly CCX 600 has a 10-by-24 7-inches color LED screen. Therefore, you can customize the screensavers according to your preference. As there are no physical buttons, there is an on-screen keyboard and other function buttons to provide supportability.

​The phone also has one USB Type-A 2.0 compliant port and one USB Type-C 2.0 compliant port to connect mobile phones or any other devices for charging. As it is multilingual, it can be used almost everywhere. From the interface settings, you can switch between normal mode and dark mode according to your choice. Also, the font size can be adjusted according to needs. 

Poly CCX 600's Connectivity:

​Once you connect the phone to power, it starts to boot. On the start menu, it requests for the change admin password. Once it is entered, the phone displays an agreement and asks for a few settings such as language, provisioning profile, service provider, etc. As there are no buttons, on-screen options are the only way you can transfer calls and access other options within the virtual phone.

​On the side, there is a speakerphone option to switch between handset and speakerphone. Also, there is a mute button on the lower left that can be used while listening to calls. This button will work with headsets plugged in as well so you can switch back and forth. Although the overall interface has a bit of a learning curve, it is impactful in the long run.

Poly CCX 600's Interface:

The interface connection on the back of Poly CCX 600 supports a wide range of ports. The connection to the phone can be made using the Power over Ethernet (POE). The power adaptor that comes in the box can also be connected to power the phone. If there is a need to connect the phone to the computer for internet usage or other purposes, you can use the extra Ethernet pass.

​Finally, there is the RJ-9 headset jack for connectivity. Typically, if you get this IP Phone through a service provider, the power adaptor will be included in the box without any extra payments. However, if you get the phone from any online marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, VOIP supply, etc., the power adaptor will not be included and will cost extra. ​

In the Poly CCX 600 business phone box, you will find the phone manual that has the contents of the equipment included. On the left side, there is a separate confined space for the handset wrapped in a bubble sheet.
