​Yealink WH67 UC can be regarded as the latest version of that in the sense that it provides an earpiece like earpods/earbuds to communicate seamlessly. Yealink WH67 UC headset has an identical display and chassis as to WH67.

​Moreover, it operates on similar features and provides the same accessories. The only major difference between the two is that Yealink WH67 UC includes the earpiece instead of the headset for a less concentrated experience and overall ease. 

he packaging of Yealink WH67 UC is a bit different from other typical headset boxes. In the picture, you only see the earpiece resting on a stand. However, in the box, you also get the headphone structure to connect the earpiece in a headset format. Connect the earpiece directly to your left or right ear or connect it a headset way by using the headset structure.

Once you remove the first lid from the box, you will find a plastic structure to support the earpiece on the neck. So if you don’t want to wear the earpiece all day, you can simply attach it and drop it on your neck. Also, the box contains USB Type-C to USB Type-A cable, USB Type-A to USB Type-A cable, DC to AC power adaptor, and the charging base.

T​o make sure that the earpiece fits perfectly in the ear, Yealink has provided different-sized rubber pads in a small box as well so overall, there are a lot of added accessories with the main device and the presentation of it is pretty impressive.

Yealink WH67 UC headset covers a widespread range of connectedness to cell phones, laptops, IP Phones, and more via Bluetooth. Once you power the Yealink WH67 UC, its screen setup gets started and the setup process begins.

Following the same setup as the Yealink WH66 UC headset, the configuration is pretty convenient to understand. On the top of the earpiece of Yealink WH67, there are two buttons. The silver one can be used to answer calls while the red one is for Bluetooth pairing.

As the base can be paired with up to 4 devices, you can separately connect other devices if you want. Also, to get started, you can pair your mobile with the base or can use Bluetooth on any other device.

Yealink WH67 UC is designed to portably attend calls and perform other tasks via earpiece. However, it has not reached its true potential in terms of development because of the problems with mobile app integration.

​Although you can pair it with your cell phone, you cannot control access to the mobile app features remotely via Yealink WH67. Therefore, it is good for answering and declining calls but not so efficient to access other VOIP features. This is a major limitation in its way however, it is expected to improve by Yealink in the future by updating the firmware of the device. 

Yealink WH67 Features:

Yealink WH67 has a decent audio quality. Although it does not provide an HD audio experience like Polycom phones or Yealink’s other desk phones, it is relatively good. Its speakerphone also does not provide impeccable sound quality so for loud environments, it may not be a good fit.

​The base of the Yealink WH67 UC headset charges the earpiece. It can be plugged in directly to the wall via a charging adaptor or it can be connected to a laptop or other device. On its side, two USB 3.0 hubs can be used to connect cell phones or any other devices. There is another USB port and DC to AC power adaptor on the back so you can use the preferred method of charging.

Yealink WH67 acts as a communication station for incoming and outbound calls. Although it connects to a cell phone rather than a mobile app, it replaces the need for a separate IP desk Phone, headset, and laptop for virtual calling.

​Moreover, it has got a smart look and extremely elegant design so it works perfectly if your main purpose is to deal with calls all day. On the bottom of the earpiece lies the charging contact that sits on the cradle base for charging. Although it looks a bit bulky once it is put on, it is light in weight and adjusts perfectly.
