In the past, Nextiva used to represent Yealink, but that relationship was on the rocks because of some disclosed problems. Nextiva has buried the hatchet and has started to recommend Yealink VOIP phones again to its entire customer base. Thus, Yealink is now compatible with Nextiva’s Next OS platform.

The main reason why Nextiva has resumed recommending Yealink could be the Yealink’s style, price, stock availability, customer support, and a general understanding of the market.
